The flat is a bright and airy, clean split level home which has a lovely calm energy. Share of fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and a sunny balcony. Shared bathroom (with just me) and an additional downstairs cloakroom.

I'm looking for a clean, respectful, chilled and interesting professional person or a mature student who preferably doesn't work from home too much. I've lived here for 6 years, and it is very much a home to enjoy, unwind and relax. The neighbourhood is really great, friendly and safe too.

A little about me, i'm a calm chilled person, very sociable and have a good network of friends. I teach and practice yoga alongside my 9-5 regular job.

Fantastic location 2 minutes walk to the Broadway which has a great variety of shops, restaurants, cafe's, Everyman cinema, gyms and bus stops. The Parkland Walk, Alexandra Palace and Highgate Woods are very close by.

Highgate tube is a 15 minute walk or 5 min bus ride.
Finsbury Park (Victoria and Piccadilly Line) a 15 minute bus ride.
Alexandra Palace overground - a walk through Ally Pally.
Lime and other bikes available in the area.
