Double room to let in North London

Hi,

My flatmate is (sadly) leaving and I have a vacant room to fill. Bills are not included, lovely area of Muswell Hill. I am looking to live with someone who is friendly and considerate of space, very tidy and clean as we are sharing common areas and one bathroom.
I am an easy going sociable person, I won’t get in your way after a hard day at work if you need to decompress (I get it, I’m a teacher), I will also happily have a cheese and wine night/ have a good ol’ chat or watch a movie etc. ideally, I would like to be mates with the person I live with 😂.
