Lovely flat between Highgate station and Muswell Hill, surrounded by woodlands and parks, 5 mins from Alexandra Palace, 10 mins from Highate Station (Northen line) and 30 minutes from central London.

We are close to Muswell Hill, Crouch End and Highgate Village (with a decent sized Sainsbury's 15 minutes walk away and a big Tesco a half an hour bus away.) These are all lovely and very cozy quiet high streets with lots of independent businesses. The flat itself is on a very quiet road with barely any traffic, not that you can hear anything from outside inside the flat. Our local GP surgery is The Muswell Hill Practice and it's a really great surgery that are very open minded and LGBTQ+ friendly.

Housemate: You will be living with Ariel (25), student in game design and is a practicing Jew and Daisy the cat, (8), unemployed. She is also Jewish. Obviously. Daisy is a longhaired cat and does shed, but she is a very sweet and gentle. I am unable to accept other cats or dogs, unfortunately (reptiles and fish etc can be discussed).

I am looking for someone who is neat, tidy and ideally sober. I am an introverted person who is studying full time in Video Game art, I like video games, animal documentaries, bouldering and ice skating.

About the room: The room comes with a set of drawers, wardrobe, hanging shelves and a bed + a large storage space under the negative space of the roof. It also features a large skylight. There is space to add a bookcase or whatever furniture you'd like (such as a desk, etc.) It's a very cosy room with lovely natural light. About the flat: It's a converted attic with charming slanted ceiling.

The whole flat is pre-furnished. The flat has a large living room with a decent sized area to place a desk/working space should you need. There is a dining table, a big bookshelf (which will have many missing places ): fill her up!), a sofa and a coffee table. The kitchen is small but functional with a gas stove. fridge freezer combo and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower and is a very luminous space with windows facing east and west. We have a washing machine but no dryer. We also have a little landing. The flat is carpeted in the bedrooms and landing and has a hardwood floor in the living room and linoluem in the kitchen and bathroom.

Details and Rent: rent: 1499 (so, 750 each), utilities 147 (74 each) , 172 council tax (88 each) , The landlord is lovely, fast to respond, fixes our issues immediately with no charge.

You will be going through referencing and you should be prepared to provide a guarantor. Unfortunately the property manager doesn’t accept benefits anymore..

Access: The building has two sets of stairs + one set of stairs inside the flat from the front door and the halls are narrows. The shower is in the bathtub so you do need to step in.
