Quiet, bright, secure flat in Muswell Hill at the foot of Alexandra Park. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Crouch End and Muswell Hill Broadway. W3, W7, and 144 just steps away for easy connections to Crouch Hill Overground, Finsbury Park, and Alexandra Palace Stations.

This is a large, bright double fully furnished with a double bed, double closet, side table, and chest of drawers. All white furniture. The big window overlooks the leafy communal gardens and has curtains.

I'm across the hall in the smaller room. We share the kitchen (also with window) bathroom, and living area.

I'm Canadian and moved to the UK in 2021.
I'm bookish, quiet, and like my own space, though I'm happy to chat, watch a film, or socialize as well.

Though I sometimes work from home, I usually go out to a coworking space.

Rent includes Haringey council tax, broadband, and water. Gas and electric is shared, approx £70 pcm.
