The room is of generous size with large bay windows and will be available unfurnished (See note below re bed) with space to fit additional furniture i. e wardrobe, desk etc. It also comes with a built-in wardrobe, ensuite shower, toilet and sink and there is also access to small outside balcony.

The flat itself is bright and spacious with high ceilings and wood floors and situated on the 1st floor in the heart of Muswell Hill. There is a bright, airy lounge and large fully-equipped kitchen with all mod cons including microwave and dishwasher. My current flatmate is sadly moving to pastures new so you would be sharing with one professional female who is sociable and friendly but appreciates own space. Would suit similar independent, friendly and considerate flatmate who is seeking a comfortable calm and quiet space to share.

Based in heart of Muswell Hill with boutique shops, cafes, restaurants on your doorstep - Planet Organic, M&S, Sainsburys, Small Waitrose, Gails Bakery as well as the Everyman cinema. Lots of nearby green spaces to explore e. g Alexandra Palace, Highgate/Queens Woods, Coldfall Woods all within easy reach of Crouch End and Highgate Village.

Regular buses to City and West end - 5-7min bus (or pleasant 10-15min walk through Highgate woods) to Highgate station for Northern Line - 20mins to west end and City. Also regular buses to Finsbury Park, East Finchley, Turnpike Lane for the Piccadilly and Victoria lines all within easy reach.

Rent - currently £950 plus bills (upto 180 or less) which consist of council tax, gas/electricity, water, internet, TV license. The situation is joint tenancy.
