Bright large double room in North London

I have a large double room available in a two bedroom flat in Muswell Hill from the 15th August onwards.

All the furniture apart from the desk in the photos would stay, so wardrobes, bedside table, bed and mattress, and shelves. Big windows with great natural light.

The flat is located on Muswell Hill, right by the village. Lots of pubs, restaurants, shops all within a five minute walk. Alexandra Park/Alexandra Palace is also right next to the flat, some of the best views in London! Highgate Wood and Hampstead Heath are also walking distance. There is street parking on the road with no permit required if you have a car.

Shared large living room and bathroom, TV and sofas/tables are also staying.

Bus stop outside the entrance to the building. One bus takes you to Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) in 15 minutes
One bus takes you to Crouch End in 10 minutes and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly/Victoria Line) in 15 - 20 minutes.

Bus from the top of the road takes you to Highgate (Northern Line) in 10 minutes (or it is a 25 minute walk straight there from the flat).

The rent will be £1,025 a month for the room. I speak to a property manager about any issues, who is very responsive.

The tenancy would be for twelve months, with the possibility of extending the agreement.

Wi-Fi, water and council tax comes to about £125 each a month. Gas and electricity is pay as you go, so it varies (tends to be more during the winter due to heating being used more).

I’m 26 and work full time in the film industry. Typically in the office two days a week then wfh the rest of the week. I love going to gigs, sports, running/gym, going to the cinema and going out for drinks!
