My housemate is moving with her boyfriend and I’m looking for another professional female to join this beautiful flat!

The room is a light airy, nice-sized double with a window out onto the garden. It comes with the bed but the rest of the furniture is currently my housemates. She’s happy to sell but price TBD. ✨

I have a lovely open plan living room with big windows onto the street, a small but functional kitchen with washing machine and enough space for storage. I have a two big couches perfect for a nice night in watching tv and ordering take out!

The street itself is a quiet one in the heart of Muswell Hill - which I love!

This is not a party house but sometimes have the odd dinner party. I love to keep the flat super relaxed and a sanctuary for when I come back from work 🧘‍♀️ Looking for a lovely person that is conscious of others, kind, calm and tidy (tidy a really big one here) 🫧

Ideally I’d like someone that doesn’t work fully from home, has their own thing going on but also enjoys the odd glass of wine and movie/tv night with me (I’m big on commenting while watching, sorry!) 🍷

The room is £925 without bills (which are approx £150) and move in date will be ideally mid August/end of the month but can perhaps be flexible with this.

✨ There is an ZeroDeposit option and the contract will be for a full year with no break clause but there is a possibility of extending it.
I’ve been living in this flat for 5 years and it’s been great so far✨

🌮 You will be a five minutes walk from the high street, with a waitrose store just a couple of minutes away! Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes and really, really nice pubs!

🚃 10-15 minutes from Highgate station and 15-20 minutes to Finsbury Park station with the bus.

Crouch End is about a 15-20 minutes walk from the flat and we have the gorgeous Alexandra Palace just a 10 minutes walk from the flat.
