Hi there! My name is Lou and I'm looking for 1- 2 new housemates. I am a professional working as an assistant manager in a pub and live in the smallest of the 3 (technically 4) rooms on the floor below the two rooms advertised. The house is absolutely stunning with: a rear garden, driveway, free on street parking on the whole crescent, great views, quiet and safe area, separate utility room, large living room on the 1st floor, fully fitted ground floor kitchen, separate WC on the ground floor, main bathroom on the 1st floor (which will be the main bathroom for bedroom 2), ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor (for bedroom 1), and lots of space throughout. The garden leads directly onto muswell hill playing fields immediately followed by the gorgeous Coldfall Woods which can be accessed directly through the gate at the bottom of the garden.
Such a rarity so have so much space and nature in such close proximity in London!
The house is perfect for anyone working from home, the first bedroom is very large with a current desk set up overlooking the field, and the second bedroom has a private office space/ whatever you would like it to be.
