Available 08/09 Double room in Muswell Hill

AVAILABLE AGAIN as someone dropped out. Looking to fill the room ASAP.

The flat is a second floor, three bed with one bathroom, nice sized kitchen and a tiny little living room (though it has no furniture currently - if you happen to have a sofa, you might be perfect).

The room is a a medium sized double, plenty of room for a desk or other furniture. However the room is unfurnished.

The flat is really central in Muswell Hill (huge Sainsbury’s a minute’s walk away) and closely located to good bus stops. The closest tube stations are Highgate and East Finchley which are about a 20 minute walk away. The landlords are quite hands off but responsive when we have an issue, which is all you really need.

You’d be living with Emma (she/her) and Kelby (they/them). Emma is an actor, and Kelby writes plays and makes puppets! Both obviously have side hussles too. (You don’t need to be a creative to live here, just a coincidence they both are.) They both are respectful and friendly, but quite busy people. The flat is chilled and quiet.

Rent is £760 + bills which come to usually about £100. Deposit is £865.
