Lovely room in 2 bed flat in heart of Muswell hill

Helloooo, hellooooo,

My lovely flatmate is sadly moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over her double room in our 2-bed flat. The flat is in an amazing location, right in the heart of Muswell Hill!

The move-in date is flexible, but I’m aiming for no later than the 23rd of September.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobes, and a shelf ladder.

It’s the larger of the two rooms, on the other side of road so it’s very quiet.

The flat has a gorgeous open kitchen with a living room that offers an amazing view of the city.

The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, heated towel rail, and a mirror with storage space.

We’re friendly with our neighbors and often help each other with picking up parcels.

I’m 39 and work in hospitality. My life is busy, but I always make time for my friends. I would love to live with someone with whom I can occasionally share dinner and have a nice chat. I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, and exploring London, but my biggest obsession is specialty coffee and houseplants. I often work on weekends, so you will have the flat mostly to yourself.

The rent is £900 per month, paid on the 23rd.

Bills come to around £168 per month:
- Council tax: £93.50
- WiFi: £20
- Gas & electricity: ~£45
- Water is metered and paid every 3 months (averages £40).

Highgate tube station (Northern Line) is a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus.

There are also plenty of bus stops with great connections around London.

Sainsbury’s, Waitrose & M&S are all within a 5-minute walk. There are plenty of amazing coffee shops, a post office, a pharmacy, Boots, Whole Foods supermarket and gym! There are also plenty of great pubs in the area.

There are amazing parks (Highagte woods) and Alexandra Palace, both 10 minutes away on foot.

I’ve lived in the flat for 2.5 years and love it, so I’d really love to find someone who will appreciate flat as well.
