Spacious room in the heart of N10 for 3 months

This lovely room is within a top floor flat which is spacious, light and comfortable with wonderful views over the city of London.

It is very near to the Broadway with its great shops, cinemas and restaurants and also to Highgate Woods, at the end of which is Highgate Underground station. In addition, the bus stop for the 134 and 43 bus are just around the corner The tube line and buses connect you to easily to either the City or Central London.

I am looking for a female lodger (preferably a postgrad student) to rent the front bedroom which is neutral with lots of storage and a study table. It is a short term stay, just for the first term (until the Christmas holidays) until my daughter returns from uni.

I am often away so it would need to be someone responsible who is also okay with living alone some of the time.

Please note, if you are a student then the rent includes all bills (including council tax), but if you are not a student then it will be £50 more per month.
