Seeking a short term lodger

We are looking for a professional full-time working person or mature student, could be someone who needs a place from Monday to Friday or all the time. We are a couple in our 50s, our kid have left home so we are seeking a friendly, easy going lodger. We work from home most of the time. I teach in an art college and my partner is a designer working in public spaces. We have a cat and a dog. There is plenty of living space, shared kitchen and lounge, 2 bathrooms and a big garden with access onto Queenswood.
