Double room Muswell Hill 🌸

Hello!

We're looking for a fourth flatmate due to our current flatmate moving in with their partner. The room is available from 1st May.

The flat is centrally located in Muswell Hill with multiple bus stops right outside it. Highgate station (Northern line) is a short five minute bus journey or 20 minute walk away. There's a Marks and Spencers, Sainsbury's and Aldi, plus lots of lovely independent cafes and restaurants. Alexandra Palace and Highgate Woods are just round the corner.

The room on offer is a semi furnished large double room. The flat has a large living/dining room, two bathrooms, a good sized kitchen and a great balcony overlooking London's skyline.

You'll be moving into a flat with three friendly women aged 30-32: Viki, Yasmina and Carys. We really enjoy living here and have become good friends, so we're hoping that continues with whoever joins us! We are not a party flat so we wouldn't be the right fit if that's what you're after.

We're looking for another woman of a similar age who works a job within the usual daytime hours, is clean, wants to chat/hang out, but also understands we have our own schedules.

The rent for the room is currently £675 and bills come to around £100 each per month. The deposit is £750 and you'd have to go through reference/ employment checks with the letting agent. Nothing major, just your standard checks.
