Subletting a studio till end 2024

This is a SUBLET of a STUDIO

Whilest travelling, I am subletting my studio to a responsible person, no couples. There is some flexibility on the dates. The rent, calculated on the basis of actual days, includes council tax and water rates, electricity is paid directly into the coin meter.

This is a self-contained studio with a bathroom and a kitchen corner in a converted property in the heart of Muswell Hill. All shopping amenities within walking distance as well as Highgate Wood and Alexandra Park.

There is everything one needs for a comfortable stay: washer/dryer and microwave/oven/grill though no kitchen extractor. A good size desk with an office chair. No internet, you will have to pick it up from your phone. Storage space is limited.

Looking for someone tidy and quiet. The rent is friendly for the right person as I expect you to do some basic maintanance such as regularly descaling the kettle, dusting etc, to find my flat as left it.
