Quiet studio flat in N10 , free parking on street

My cozy and quiet studio flat in the outskirts of Muswell Hill is available for short let 1-3 (possibly 4 months) to a clean and professional person or couple. Smoking is not allowed. It is a quiet and safe neighbourhood so no parties etc pls. There is free parking on the street and easy access to North Circular. Bus 134 and 43 is 7 min walk. These buses takes you to Highgate Station in 15 min.
Myself and my family live in the main house. The studio is completely separated with its own entrance, own kitchenette with a free standing small oven/hobs , fridge, micro, kettle and nespresso machine . Queen sized bed, table with 2 chairs, an arm chair and a cloth rack. There is a small bathroom with an electric shower., toilet and small sink. There is no washing machine but the laundrette is just 7min walk. There is a big tesco 15 min walk, as well as a retail park , and Muswell hill with all its restaurants, food shops , cafes and cinema is only 15-20 min walk.
Electricity, council tax, water and WIFI all included.
