Kitchen is shared, there is a bathroom next to the room which will be for your own use and contains shower and bath.
Please note that this is a family home where I live with my 13 year old daughter and baby boy (husband is abroad until next year). However we are quite a quiet household, we spend a lot of time outside of the house, travel a lot and have occasional guests over. If you need to work from home, you generally wouldn't be disrupted.
Would like to rent a room to a professional, a housemate who is clean and respectful.
