About the room:
The room has wonderful period features, with original floorboards. This room comes unfurnished. Please note some of the pictures are from the previous tenant and viewings will be shown with different items in the room. Rent is £721/month, with an additional £200 each for bills - no more than (this is based on a estimate of previous bills and will need to be split equally between all tenants). Council tax band D. We paid a 6 weeks deposit when we joined so unable to disclose the amount. This should be raised with Hamways, who manage the property, when paperwork is underway.

About the flat:
The flat is situated on Alexandra Park Road. It's a residential area with local amenities; green grocers, bakery, gym, deli, pub, dentist, doctors, hair dressers and nail salon at the foot of your door, the list is endless!! Technically you wouldn't have to leave the area haha. We're just up the road from Alexandra Palace which is great if you have a keen interest in music. Walking distance of Muswell Hill, Crouch End, Highgate. The flat is is contained in a building with 6 other flats and has 3 bedrooms, kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, shared bathroom and an office space.
The flat has available on street parking, no permit or fees required, great for visitors!

You will be sharing the flat with Jordan (32) and Sarah (30). Jordan works in architecture & design for a luxury fashion brand and enjoys art, running and having a good old chat. Jordan has lived in the area for coming up three years, she knows the best spots for pastries and coffee! Sarah is training as a psychotherapist. She enjoys going for walks, film and music.

We're looking for a friendly, easy going housemate who is clean and tidy and will respect the flat, especially in shared areas. We’re relatively low key - definitely not a party house! The house is a home and we want everyone to feel this way :)
