The flat is mostly furnished and our flatmate who's leaving is selling on her furniture, if interested. The room is quite small, but there's plenty of built-in wardrobe storage in the hallway and we have a spacious living room where you can work from home.
The flat was renovated in 2023, and the kitchen has a new washer/dryer, dishwasher and oven/stove.
You would be living with two professional girls in their mid-twenties (American & Australian), we enjoy watching tv, reading, cooking, going to museums, walking to Hampstead Heath (which is only 40mins away) and swimming at the ponds in summer. We're very friendly and clean, and would love our new flatmate to be someone we could hang out with, but are also happy doing our own thing.
