A room has become available in a lovely and quiet converted two bedroom flat, situated between affluent Muswell Hill and Highgate. There is one other flat mate, with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom (all furnished) and the room itself (unfurnished). Unrestricted parking is available on the street outside and the flat is a short walk from Highgate Station on the Northern Line.

The room itself is listed as unfurnished, but comes with a useful built in wardrobe and a bedside cabinet. The space will fit either a single or a double bed.

It is very easy to commute into town, alternatively, the existing flat mate goes into the office Monday - Friday so the flat will provide a private and quiet space to work from home.

It is a creative and relaxed household with an appreciation for the arts and good food. Only a few minutes walk away there are numerous restaurants and cafes in Muswell Hill, and Highgate Wood is directly opposite.

The minimum length will be six months, with a possibility to extend at the end of that time when the contract renews, and the room will be available from the 26th January (with some flexibility).
