Double room in N10

A lovely, furnished double room in a friendly and rather quiet four-bedroom, three-storey house in Muswell Hill with fast internet, garden, two bathrooms, two toilets, a washing machine and all mod cons.
Muswell Hill is a safe area. We are near parks, a bus stop and a big supermarket. The whole house is double-glazed and warm.

Our long-term tenant is moving out sadly, and hence we are looking for a new person to move in. We are a photographer mother and a 14 year old, who lives between the house and his father's 50/50.

We have two small dogs. We can consider a lodger with a dog. Sadly we cannot have a cat in the house. If you are a smoker, you can do smoke in the garden (but not indoors please). We enjoy having occasional dinners or a glass of wine together with our current lodger, but we are not a party house.

Room would suit for a single professional or a student. The room currently has a single bed, two bookshelves, build-in wardrobe and a desk. We can remove certain items of furniture if needed.

Please note that the boxes and extra items (clothes rack)in the photos are current tenant's. The bed can be turned around for a normal-height-bed.

One month's rent is required as deposit.

All bills are included in rent. £800/per calendar month, directly from the landlord.
