Single and double room in Muswell Hill, N10

A cosy single room and a lovely double room are now available in a friendly and rather quiet four-bedroom, three-storey house in Muswell Hill with fast internet, garden, two bathrooms and two toilets.
We are near parks, a bus stop and a big supermarket. The whole house is double-glazed and warm.

We are a photographer mother, and a 15-year-old, who lives between the house and their father's 50/50.

We have two small dogs (toy size). We can consider a lodger with a small dog. Sadly, we cannot have bigger dogs or a cat in the house. If you are a smoker, you can smoke in the garden. We enjoy having occasional dinners or a glass of wine together with our current lodger, but we are not a party house. We are vegetarians, but you can cook whatever you like.

The rooms would suit a single professional or a student. We can remove certain items of furniture from the rooms, if needed. Both rooms have storage (wardrobe, Chest of drawers, shelves).

Please note: the bed in the double room can be turned around for a normal-height bed. Single room has mirrors on the wall by the bed now.

One month's rent is required as a deposit.

All bills are included in the rent.
£850/per calendar month for the double room and
£750/month for the single room, directly from the landlord.
