Large Double Room in Muswell Hill

We have a spacious double bedroom available in a three bed flat share in the heart of Muswell Hill. The room is furnished with a bed, sofa, table and desk of drawers and gets a lot of natural light.
The room is available for a short let of 6 weeks between the 11th of May and 23rd of June for £200 per week with ALL bills and council tax included.

There's a shared kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and utensils. You will get your own shelf in the fridge and cupboard to store your food.
The bathroom is shared as well and has a bathtub with shower. We also have a washing machine/dryer combo and space to hang up clothes.

We are two actors living in the flat currently, both non smokers and quite friendly. We're always up for a good chat but we'll respect your privacy as well.

The flat is just off the Muswell Hill roundabout and is close to a number of shops and restaurants. We are right by a number of bus stops and the nearest tube station is Highgate Station which is 20-25 minutes away by foot or 8-10 by bus. We are near both Alexandra Palace and Highgate Woods so there's a lot of green spaces in the area.
