Spacious, quiet room in gorgeous 2-bed flat

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into my lovely 2-bedroom flat in Muswell Hill in August.

The space is a sanctuary from the busy city. Muswell Hill has a village feel, with tons of great cafés around and Highgate Wood/Queens Wood is just a short walk away for nature lovers. It's about a 5-minute bus or 15-minute walk to either Highgate or East Finchley Northern Line. There are also many bus options up here.

The bedroom is unfurnished with lots of storage space and it's away from the road so it's very quiet. There’s one shared bathroom in the flat. Rent is £900/month and bills come to about £150-200 per month.

I am moving out to live with my partner, so you would be living with my current flatmate (female, 30s) who is a friendly, clean and respectful graphic designer originally from France. She wfh several days/week.

We're looking for a professional flatmate who values cleanliness, communication and a friendly living atmosphere.
