Overall the area is really quiet and secure. I have been here 2 years and don’t plan on leaving just yet.

I’m also one of the two flatmates you’ll be joining. 26 Male and I’m a full time DJ and music creative (I’m a bit of a noisemaker but respectful)

Other flatmate is into fitness and that.

If you smoke it’s fine, just NOT in the house. We have two balconies for that.

You can easily walk to Alexandra palace/park from here in a sunny day, and we have a large Tesco which is an 8 min walk from the flat. Aldi is a little further up in Muswell Hill.

Sometimes we get too busy with work and hire a cleaner to sort us out, but typically we clean ourselves.

Ideally we want someone young in our age range to join us, but any age is fine really. ;)

Bills come from council tax & utilities (gas, water, electric…) so you will often find yourself paying between £600-£650 per month. If you’re a student you don’t pay council tax if you call the council and tell them (-£65)
