This is a small and very pretty period garden flat sitting in the heart of Muswell HIll. Surrounded by a friendly community and great selection of shops such as Planet Organic, Gails, House of Books, lots of coffee shops, eateries, and the Everyman cinema. We are 15 minute walk/5 minutes by bus either to Highgate tube or East Finchley Tube both on the Northern Line and a frequent network of buses into central London.

Muswell Hill has extensive woods and green spaces surrounding it; Highgate woods, Queens woods, Cherry tree woods with Hampstead Heath being easy to get to.
There are three bedrooms here, dining room, bathroom and hallway and use of the garden. and facilities include use of the garden, broadband and all bills included in rent.

We are two busy professional creative females with varied working patterns. The flat is harmonious and so would suit someone who wants a quiet and peaceful space.
