Double Room in Friendly House with Garden – Near Highgate
We’re an American–Italian couple (both entrepreneurs, both over 50 but young-at-heart, outside-the-box thinkers) looking for a considerate flatmate for our quiet, welcoming home. We’ve successfully had lodgers for over 6 years.

About the house:
Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors
Spacious back garden, perfect for relaxing or BBQs
Fully equipped kitchen + shared bathroom (kept tidy)
Reliable fibre broadband – great for streaming, browsing, and video calls
Occasionally we host visiting dogs — so you’ll need to be pet-friendly
Great transport: 10-minute bus to Highgate Tube (Northern line)

The room:
Double room, furnished
Comes with bed, small wardrobe, desk with shelves
Bright, comfortable, ideal for study or relaxing
Available from Sept 10th (or sooner if needed)

The vibe:
Friendly but not a “party house” — we respect each other’s space
We enjoy good conversation but also value privacy
Preferred: someone who doesn’t work from home full-time
No smoking

Rent & details:
£825 per month all bills included
Deposit: one month’s rent
Minimum stay: 3 months
Minimum notice period: 2 months
