Letting an attic room in a Muswell Hill home.

Third floor. Ensuite with cool zen low bath, lots of in-built storage. Underfloor heating throughout. Skylight with nice view.

I'm a photographer, who loves both calm and nature, but also loves hosting now and then. Nourishing food and cooking big priorities. I travel a fair amount.

Open to sharing the space with someone between 28-38, 5 years either side of me.
I trust that the right person will pick up on the wavelength and slot right in.

Although, we must be on the same page about organisation and cleanliness. Living in a ship-shape space is vital to my wellbeing. I'm about a 93 out of 100, on a bad day. Not absolutely obsessive, but i'll always take the smallest bits of carrot peel out of the sink drainer at the end of washing up. If you're the same it'll be harmonious.

Bills included. We will create a separate fund for shared household necessities.
