Large, light-filled room overlooking the Broadway

Available from Sunday 26 October:

Characterful, extremely spacious room located in a 1288 square feet, top-floor flat, overlooking Muswell Hill Broadway. The room is the blue one.

**Please note that the flat is about to be listed for sale, and will therefore be available for 3 months and possibly longer, depending upon offers. There will also be visits by estate agents facilitated by your flatmate.**

You would be sharing the flat with one of my closest friends, art historian Bella, another tenant yet to be found (if you are looking with a friend, do consider our other room), and upon occasion, myself, as I live in Paris and use the flat as a regular pied-à-terre for London.

**Currently a living room, we will be furnishing your room this week with a double bed, side tables, and adding curtains or blinds to the window. It is up to you whether you want to keep the large table. Sofa bed must stay. As such, the current picture does not reflect the final state of the room and we recommend a visit**

The flat benefits from a living room at the back, with two balconies with sweeping views over the London skyline. Additional shelving in the hall is also available for book storage.

The kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a host of cutlery and gadgets.

**All bills, including weekly cleaning, are included within the rent. Council tax band is D.**

Muswell Hill Broadway has all the shops and amenities one could dream of, and the vast green spaces of Alexandra Palace, Highgate and Queens Woods on its doorstep. The neighbourhood is thoroughly well connected, with buses taking you to Highgate tube (Northern) from door to door in 9mn.

About Bella and me:
Bella is a 35-year old Georgian art historian and curator, and one of the kindest and most welcoming souls there is. We met at university some time ago. I'm a 36-year old journalist, currently on a break from writing to direct a literary network project in France.

About you:
You are a woman aged 25-50, and care for the flat as our home. After a bad experience with the previous tenants, it will be of utmost importance that the new lodgers are tidy. In turn, you are very welcome to bring your partners and friends in.
