Large Double Room in Muswell Hill

I'm moving out of the country and will need someone to take over my room.

Electricity is being paid for through our electricity meter, which we feed with £2 coins.

You'd be living with the most lovely Ana (35), who works from home 3 days a week. We keep a clean house, no smoking and no pets.

The room is big, it will come unfurnished, except the bed, which will stay. The bathroom is right across the hall from the bedroom, on it's own floor, so feels like an en-suite, as the second toilet is by Ana.

We have a shared livingroom, where we sometimes watch TV together, but we mostly like keeping to ourselves.

New carpet was put down and freshly painted in October 2023. A lot of storage space behind the mirrors.
