The room includes a double bed with a new mattress, and two wardrobes.

The house is a five minute walk from Muswell Hill Broadway and a two minute walk to Alexandra Palace. Highgate, Wood Green and Finsbury Park are all a short bus ride away and street parking is free.

The rent is £600 plus bills (council tax (band E), internet, electric, water averaging £150-£200 per month).

We’re two relaxed professionals (30s/50s, marketing & wellbeing). Quiet, friendly house – suits someone who likes peace but enjoys a chat or occasional glass of wine.
