I’m looking for a friendly new flatmate to share my bright and comfortable 2-bed flat. I’ve been living here for two years and have to say its an amazing flat, with a great living room and transport links!
The 24/7 bus stop right outside always comes in handy.
About the flat:
-The flat is on the ground floor and was renovated within the last 5 years.
-Big kitchen with a retro vibe
-It has a spacious, airy living room that’s perfect for relaxing, hosting friends, or cosy evenings in.
-One bathroom shared with only one other person.
-Washer dryer installed.
-Speedy full fibre wifi
The room comes with the bed, white closet, desk and desk chair, everything else is of the current tenant.
Location wise:
* 5-minute bus ride to Muswell Hill
* 15-minute bus ride to Highgate tube station (Northern Line)
*35-45 minutes to Leceister Square
* Close to everything you need: grocery shops, gym, pharmacy, thrift shops, cafes, and great local restaurants
Council tax band: **C**
Besides rent, the rest of the bills come to 100-150£ pcm per person.
About the current tenant (me):
I’m a 25-year-old female working in finance with a hybrid schedule, generally out of the house a lot.
I’m outgoing, very friendly, and love dance and music. I enjoy a sociable but respectful home.
Somewhere we can chat and occasionally hang out, but also value our own space.
