A small double bedroom is available to rent in a 4-bed flat on Alexandra Park Road in the lovely Muswell Hill. Sadly I'm having to leave this lovely flat after living here for over 2 years.
The flat:
Situated on the top floor, the flat is quiet and spacious with wooden floors throughout. There is a large communal kitchen/diner providing lots of light and beautiful views. There is one bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The flat itself is close to transport links, with two bus stops just around the corner and Muswell Hill Broadway a 15-minute walk away. Bounds Green station is also a 10-minute walk away. Ally pally is just a 5 min walk away!
The room:
The room is cosy and currently fits a small double bed, chest of drawers, a bedside table and a small clothes rack, it also has a built in wardrobe and a small cupboard above for storage. Please remember the room will come unfurnished when you move in! The room has lovely wooden flooring and high ceilings.
The flatmates:
Three lovely professional girls (23-28) who all work different schedules and enjoy their own space and respect others' space but also love a dinner/catch up in the kitchen at the weekends. We have also always made sure the flat is kept clean and tidy and would want someone who wishes to do the same!
