On a pretty street with a great community. A spacious double bedroom with your own bathroom. Share of spacious garden, nice size kitchen and share of living room (although I do work from that room when working from home). I have one little cat, so an animal lover is important , she is very sweet. I enjoy cooking and focus on a healthy diet and try and avoid red meat. There is free parking if you have a car. I am looking for someone who is tidy and will respect the premises and will share with keeping things clean. A professional or student is good. You have your own large tv with access to Netflix etc in the bedroom, and direct access to the garden from your room, the apartment is a maisonette, with lots of natural light, so it feels bright and spacious.
