The Room

Spacious and airy, with a bed, wardrobe, and reading chair. A desk is available on request. Bed linen can be provided and washed fortnightly. Bathroom is directly opposite and for your sole use.

About the Flat

Shared with myself, my partner, and a friendly whippet. I’m usually out, while my partner is at home in the evenings. The flat has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout.

Shared access to the living room and kitchen. Basic crockery, cooking equipment, and some cupboard space are available.

Location & Transport

Leafy, residential Muswell Hill, with:
• Bus stop directly outside – 5 mins to Muswell Hill Broadway (cafés, independent shops, Everyman cinema, and Alexandra Park views)
• 10–15 mins to East Finchley or Highgate Tube stations
• 30 mins to the West End
Beautiful green spaces like Alexandra Palace, Highgate Wood, and Hampstead Heath are all within walking distance.
