Happy to make a friend but equally no pressure with us doing our own thing!

Rent: £1125 per month
Bills: £215 per month
Available from 25th February
Current contract runs until 24th July, with likely option to move onto a rolling contract. Bedroom is unfurnished but shared spaces will already be furnished with my stuff!

15-minute walk to Highgate Station
10-minute walk to Muswell Hill Broadway
Excellent transport links, green spaces nearby, and lots of cafés, pubs, and shops
