📝 Tenancy: Starting 21/02/2026 on a rolling 1-month basis as per Renters' Rights Act. Short lets and long-term lets both welcome.

Super charming, with lots of natural lighting, high ceilings, a working fireplace for evenings curled up on the sofa, a private garden, and on a quiet residential road with parking outside. The flat is partially furnished so there is room for personal preference and our own touches!
🛏️ The room:
A cosy single bed room with a door leading to the garden. The room is currently unfurnished but the landlady can help furnish it if needed.
📍The location:
Muswell Hill is CUTESY (and very bougie) with a high street filled with independent shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, there’s a library, Everyman cinema, Waitrose, M&S Foodhall, Wholefoods, Planet Organic and Aldi. It’s next to loads of parks (Alexandra, Highgate Wood, Hampstead Heath), perfect for runners. It’s an affluent, highly sought after area and considered one of the most prestigious areas of London ooo la la.
🚌 Transport:
Muswell Hill is fantastic for drivers as it’s outside the congestion zone and easily accessible from the M1. It does not have its own underground station so it is a 10 min bus ride to Highgate (Northern Line) and 30 mins to Euston and King’s Cross St Pancras.
