A bright and comfortable double room is available in a well-kept flat in a Victorian house for a short-term let of 1–3 months. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk (optional) and has good natural light.

The flat is bright, clean, and calm, with shared kitchen and living areas as well as a private garden. This is a peaceful home and would suit someone looking for a comfortable, homely base for a short stay in London.

The flat is located in leafy Muswell Hill with good transport links and local shops, cafés and amenities nearby. Buses within 2 mins walk, east Finchley and Highgate tube stations are 1 mile away. Street parking available. Several woods including Highgate Wood and Queens Wood are nearby, while Kenwood, Hampstead Heath and Waterlow Park are 10 mins drive away.

I’m looking for a considerate, tidy person, ideally a working professional or someone in London temporarily (e. g. for work, study, or between moves). Someone who is independent, respectful, and values a relaxed living environment. I work ad hoc as a consultant and enjoy the outdoors, literature, art, film, cooking and keeping active (swimming, biking, tennis). Happy to socialize and give space as needed.

Rent is £1100 per month, including bills. Short term lets of 1-3 months only. Available from end Feb.
