Double Room in Muswell Hill ( available from Mid-June to Mid/End September) £800 per month – All bills included

A bright and welcoming double room is available in a lovely split-level flat in the peaceful and highly sought-after area of Muswell Hill, a little gem in Zone 3, North London.

The bus stop is right outside the house, with easy links to the heart of the neighbourhood (just a short walk away) and quick access to the Piccadilly and Northern Lines into Central London. Alexandra Park is also only a few minutes away, perfect for walks and beautiful skyline views across the city.

The Room:
The room is spacious, bright and welcoming, furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, shelving and a decorative fireplace.

You will have half of the storage space available, giving you plenty of room to comfortably organise your personal belongings.

The Flat:
The flat is modern, bright and very comfortable. The kitchen is large, with a sofa area and lovely views towards Alexandra Palace. It’s fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, cappuccino machine, a very large fridge, cupboard space, two washing machines and a tumble dryer.
We have our own private personal utensils, as well as some spare ones available; however, you’re very welcome to use all my kitchen utensils, pots, pans and accessories already in the flat, so there’s no need to buy anything unless there’s something specific you require that isn’t already provided.

The bathroom (with both bath and shower) is shared with 2 girls, and there is also a second bathroom upstairs if needed.

Housemates:
The flat is shared with 4 other girls aged 22–38. The atmosphere is friendly, calm and respectful. I’m looking for a tidy and considerate female tenant who will enjoy and look after the space while I’m away.

Deposit: £300 to secure the room, returned in the final month of your stay.
