Double bedroom in Muswell Hill

Hello all!

I'll be moving out from my lovely flat that I shared with just one more person.
A lovely double room will be available from the 27th of April in the green and safe Muswell Hill. The move-in date is the 27th, however I'm flexible.
The double bedroom is a good size and it's furnished with bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It also has a lovely view towards a garden.

Our home is a two bedroom flat with spacious living room, bathroom (with good water pressure) and kitchen that has all the usual amenities like washing machine, oven and fridge.

You'll be sharing the space only with my flatmate, who is clean and respectful professional in her 30s. She loves watching films, art and enjoys a glass of wine in the evenings. Due to her job she travels regularly so then you'll get the flat just for yourself.

If you're using public transport, Highgate station (Northern line) is 10-15 min away by bus and Bounds Green (Piccadilly line) - 5-10 min.

Muswell Hill is a nice, safe area with the Broadway with many charity and coffee shops, supermarkets (from Aldi to M&S) etc. We're also 15 min away from a big Tesco.

The rent is £910 paid on the 27th of the month. The bills come up to around £ 160 in winter and £ 120 summer.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
