Cute room in Muswell Hill

Hi! We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to fill our smaller room in our lovely flat in beautiful Muswell Hill! Rent is £750 pcm. The room is available from the end of May/beginning of June!

The room currently has a single bed, but can fit a double and there is an entire wardrobe & extra cupboard in the hallway just for this room. We also have tons of storage elsewhere and plenty of shared living space! The room originally came unfurnished, so you can buy the furniture you want from our flatmate who is sadly leaving!

We are looking for someone friendly, clean, and happy to spend time watching films or going out for a drink or two. You’ll be sharing with two girls aged 27-30 who enjoy exploring the local area and all the cute coffee shops, pilates, theatre and a cosy night in watching a film together!

The flat is in an amazing location right in the heart of Muswell Hill and about a 15 minute walk from Highgate and East Finchley tube stations! You have everything you need on the doorstep, Muswell Hill is full of coffee shops, brunch places, amazing for charity shops and Highgate wood is just around the corner!

Council Tax band: D Borough of Haringey, council tax is approx £60 per person/ month
