Lovely bright big room available in spacious flat

Looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely flat, ideally early/mid July time but I’m pretty flexible. You’ll be living with Bella who is a friendly laidback Aussie that works full time as a dental reception in the city. Bella is potentially moving back to Aus in late August/September, so her room may need to be filled later on too. So this room could be great for someone wanting a short or long term let.

🛌 - A spacious double bedroom with big windows looking over Muswell Hill Broadway. Room comes furnished with a desk (chair not included), chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table. Perfect for WFH.

👩‍🍳 - open plan kitchen and dining area with a gas hob, fridge, freezer and combo washing machine/dryer.

🛋️ - lazy boy sofa, and coffee table (not pictured), tv is not included.

📍- Muswell Hill, right on the broadway. Great location super close to Aldi, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Puregym, Boots, lots of coffee shops and charity shops. Highgate station is a 25 min walk away or a 5/10 min bus from round the corner.

Gas and water included in rent, electricity, WiFi and council tax comes to around £120-130 per month.
