Gorgeous Room in Muswell Hill

ROOM IN MUSWELL HILL 🏡✨

 £780 ( + BILLS), MOVE-IN FROM JULY 10TH 

Our beloved flatmate Hannah is moving to Sweden and so we’re looking for someone to take over her room in a gorgeous Muswell Hill flat, where we (Daisy and Juliet) have lived very happily for several years.

The room itself is lovely and The flat has a small living room & kitchen, and a bathroom with a bath, as well as a beautiful large communal garden with outside tables. The street we’re on is just the best - surrounded by cafes, cinemas, and (crucially!) a big Sainsbury’s. Our nearest station is Highgate (20 mins walk, or 5 min bus ride), and we’re also near to Highgate Woods and Ally Pally.

We are in our late twenties and both work in publishing - just as happy eating noodles in front of an episode of MAFS as we are absorbed in their piles of books. We both WFH a couple of days a week and are keen for someone who is also a hybrid worker/not fully remote.

We are looking to live with a kind, laid-back flatmate (ideally 25-32) who is up for cramming on the sofa for a Sunday film, but we’re both often out and about with friends and busy with work in the week. We try to keep the place clean - as long as everyone does what they can (and subs into the £3 supermarket tulips rota occasionally), we’re very happy.

We have availability on Monday 15th after 5.30pm and Tuesday 27th from 7pm, or can arrange for other days after that!
