Gorgeous flat in Muswell Hill! We are looking for a new flatmate to takeover a tenancy from our lovely flat mate who is sadly leaving. The flat is bright and cosy, with a communal living room and spacious kitchen.

Room is a spacious double with lots of light, on the second floor with wardrobe, desk and more built in storage (£800)

we are both freelance professionals but spend lots of time out the house working, when we are home, we love to be social and were always up for a chat! Other than that the flat is a really clean tidy place and we would like to keep it that way!

For transportation, we use lime bikes everywhere so find it easy to get around from the house, a 10 minute cycle from Finsbury Park/Highgate/Holloway Road. Alternatively the bus is 5 mins to Bounds Green (Piccadilly Line) or 10 mins to Highgate (Northern Line) and there are also regular busses (43,138) that connect the house very well!

We are council tax band D and bills usually add up to £50-£70 a month.
