Two Rooms Available in a Lovely Muswell Hill

Two rooms are available in a three-bedroom flat in Muswell Hill.

Room A – £700 per month + bills and Council Tax
Room B – £600 per month + bills and Council Tax

Both rooms will be unfurnished.

I’m looking for two friendly, respectful and tidy people to share the flat with me. Ideally, I’m looking for full-time working professionals with regular daytime working hours rather than shift/night work.

The flat has three bedrooms in total, and please note that there is no shared living room. The idea is to create a comfortable, peaceful home where everyone can relax and have their own space after work.

I’m looking for people who are considerate of others, respect reasonable quiet hours and keep shared areas clean and tidy. It’s not a party flat, but equally I don’t want it to feel like a place with a long list of rules — just a relaxed home shared by people who respect each other.

Proof of employment/income and the usual referencing will be required.
