Beautiful en-suite double bedroom in Muswell Hill

I‘m looking for a flatmate to share the gorgeous flat I live in with. It’s a 3 bed flat in the absolute best location in Muswell Hill. The flat itself is amazing but the area makes it so much better. You genuinely can’t find a better room on here, I think.

It’s a furnished double en-suite room overlooking the Muswell Hill broadway. There’s a huge kitchen in our flat and we’d share the living room. The third bedroom, which has a massive balcony attached to it that looks out over the Athenaeum Place, is currently used as my office but I’d be happy to discuss sharing this as well in some way.

You have everything you could possibly want right on your doorstep - multiple grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, charity shops, book store, fishmonger and even a cinema. The list just goes on.

Transport links are pretty good, too - you’re at Highgate (Northern Line) with a 5mins bus ride and Finsbury Park (Victoria and Piccadilly line) is about 20mins away by bus. And there’s a bunch more buses going in various directions as well. You’re also right on the parkland walk north if you like walking - can only recommend.

You’d be sharing the flat with just myself, Fran, 35 year old German loving life in London. I work in advertising and am WFH the majority of time but occasionally head into central to work. I also fly to Germany quite a bit as my partner lives there, so you occasionally would have the flat to yourself. I have a bunch of hobbies, like to socialise but also just love being at home watching a film or series, reading or going for a walk.
I’d like to live with someone I don’t just share the rent with but could become friends with as well.
