One double room in large two bedroom flat with large roof garden and beautiful views in Muswell hill. At the moment only looking for monday to friday or short term lets. Also not for anyone who works from home regularly. Quick and easy access to central London. I am a (early forties) professional In the arts/writer/Gardner looking for a conscientious and friendly person to move in. No couples please. Ideally looking for someone who wants to stay Monday to Friday. And not looking for anyone who works from home.
The flat is on a peaceful road five minute’s walk from Muswell hill Broadway which has all the necessary shops, Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer’s, Boots etc, Waitrose. There is also a twenty four hour Tesco a ten minute bus ride away. All parking on Muswell Road is free. Twenty minute’s walk is Highgate(Northern Line) tube or Bounds green(Piccadilly Line). Both will get you into central London within twenty minutes. You can also take a bus to the stations within five minutes. The 134 will also take you direct to Tottenham crt Rd or the 43 Direct to Old street. Plenty of public transport.
The communal rooms are fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, television etc. We also have wireless broadband. The room for rent is furnished with a double bed, Wardrobe and shelving (Happy for you to add or get rid of anything) the rest is up to you to make your own. We are happy to help if you need. The flat also has beautiful views of Alexander palace and surrounding areas from our large roof terrace and is very quiet.
