Large House Relaxed Arty Home

Large house, relaxed arty home in a very safe area. Own cooking facilities and own bathroom which has bath and separate shower. The house has two bathrooms three toilets. The space for rent is the top floor of the house, very large room hallway and big bathroom. I've just had fitted wardrobes put in so lots of storage. Soundproofing is very good so it's very like having a studio flat. I live in the house with my two children ages 12 and 14. We are all very relaxed and friendly. With two Burmese cats and one very small dog. Muswell Hill is lovely, bookshops, boutiques and cafes. Two buses at the end of the street 134 and 43. Highgate Tube Northern Line.
