Beautiful En-suite dble room in Muswell Hill

Our names are Tracy and James and we are a married couple whose 2 children have now left home. We share our lovely Edwardian 5 bedroom house with a friendly small dog called Buster (a Cavapoochon !). We have a beautiful, quiet double room available in the heart of Muswell Hill. 3 minutes walk to the shops and bars of MH. 8 minute walk to East Finchley tube.
Costs inclusive of all bills and WIFI.
The room is on the 1st floor with a bathroom that will be virtually for sole use for the renter (apart from occasional overnight visits by our children). We are looking for a Mon-Fri professional lodger, although we would also consider the occasional weekend by separate agreement.
The house is pretty quiet. Tracy is a psychotherapist and works in a school from Tuesday to Thursday and I am a Management Consultant and I generally work from home.
As the lodger you will have use of the kitchen and we also have a large sitting room where we tend to watch TV/read. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
