Doublebed room Muswell Hill from now September

Hi,
We have a small doublebed room to offer from now. The rent is 490£ per month including all bills plus a refundable deposit of 690£.

The room has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers , shelves and a small laptop side table. The space is well organised and functional with a big window and high ceilings getting lots of natural light.

The flat has three bedrooms and one big livingroom and balcony.
It has very high ceilings with lots of sunlight and a very nice atmosphere, especially nice in spring/summer.

We are all early 30s, myself and two guys working in engineering and architecture.

We are looking for a friendly and open person who would like to join in and share some free time together at dinner or drinks from time to time, has a friendly attitude and naturally participates in the household.
We have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and are looking for a genuinely nice person to eventually join our flatshare.

Someone who is looking for a home rather than a bed, as this is a great little place. :-)

We might consider a shorttime let.

The public transport connection is very good and easy to combine depending on the direction from the west or east by taking either the Northern line (Highgate/East Finchley) or Picadilly and Victoria (Bounds Green/change Finsbury Park) line or even the fast train from Alexandra Palace station which takes ~20min to Moorgate.

There are many shops&boutique cinema close by, nice restaurants and cafes and a golfcourse basically around the corner.

There is free parking in the area which might suit someone working north of London connecting to the north circular motorway.
