Lovely bright unfurnished room in a 3 bedroom flat

A lovely, bright room is available on desirable road in Muswell Hill, which is a very quiet middle class neighbourhood in London. Our location is ideal, steps away from the shops and transport. We are walking distance or a 5 minute bus ride to Highgate station.

The room is good sized double and comes completely unfurnished. There is plenty of room for a double bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves and to still have a decent amount of floor space left.

The flat is on the top floor of a period mansion block, with beautiful original details and a stained glass front door. Each room has a fireplace, mantlepiece and high ceilings. Just a few of the benefits include a large eat in kitchen, small storage room and a lovely communal garden. There is no living room, but the kitchen is large with a table and chairs. Being on the top floor, we get plenty of sunshine and catch the afternoon sun on the kitchen side. There is also plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well. Sainsburys, Marks, Planet Organic and few other independent shops and cafes are all on our doorstep. There are two bus stops (one in front of the building), that will take you to either East Finchley or Highgate. 24 hour buses run from Old Street and Tottenham Court Road. Alexandra Palace and Highgate Woods are within walking distance. There are a few other parks near by. All of them ideal for jogging or picnics.

We are a Macedonian, Australian and Italian. All have been living here for many years. Professionals in our 30s. We have busy lives and schedules, but hang out a lot as well. We are looking for someone who can stay for at least one year. The property is rented through an agency and you will have to go through the usual credit/reference checks. We are looking for someone respectful, friendly, communicative and easygoing.
