Large Double Room in Independent flatshare

We're looking for a mature, independent flatmate to occupy a large double room in our flatshare. The room comes with a in-built wardrobes and a double bed (but otherwise you're free to furnish as you like).

This house is our little haven from the madness of London life, so while we're all quite social people, we like the house to be quiet at night, guests kept to a minimum, no parties etc, and where communal areas are kept clean and tidy.

Current flatmates are 3 girls and 1 guy, all professionals.

We have a shared lounge, with Sky TV. Fast fibre broadband and a big back garden.

Prefer no shift workers, and outside smoking only.
